Common questions
What counts as an active event?
Any event whose date hasn't passed yet. Once an event ends it no longer counts toward your limit, so your two free slots free up automatically.
What happens to photos after 30 days on the free plan?
Guest photos are deleted from storage 30 days after your event date, and guests see a notice that the album has closed. The event itself and your guest list are kept indefinitely.
Can I keep a free event open after it ends?
Yes. From your dashboard you can toggle "Keep open" on any ended event. The guest page stays accessible but the 30-day photo clock still runs.
How does Pro work?
Pro is available by arrangement. Get in touch and we'll set up your account — no self-serve checkout, so we can make sure the plan fits what you need.
Is there a limit on file sizes or photo count?
Images are capped at 15 MB each; videos at 100 MB each. The free plan allows up to 500 photos per event. Pro has no photo count limit.
Can I switch from free to Pro later?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll upgrade your existing account — all your events, guests, and photos carry over.
